Apparently it is under new ownership. Hopefully that will improve things. They tried to stick me with two months of payments instead of the one. Had to dispute it with my credit card company. Keep all emails they ever send you. They tend to change their minds. I moved over to iWeb and have been happy since. The service is excellent and the support is quick to respond. I cancelled my account years ago and still get server status emails, quota warnings, and other garbage from their servers. The owner is extremely antagonistic and refuses to fix it. With the sum of their technical expertise they can't figure out how to remove an account. Bluefur's BBB rating is "F" now, says alot. I would stay FAR away from Bluefur. I TRIED to cancel my reseller account and no one would issue a refund, but they cancelled my account! Luckily, I removed all the files first. Anyway, all I wanted was the money put back on my credit card and they completely ignored me. I am not a one off, BBB proves it. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
