I would give them out to people who ask what it is I do, which question I get a lot. Give to people inquiring if I would be interested in buying their books. After dissolving Epiblogger and semi-deciding to not do freelance work (unless I'm really interested) I have come to the place where I am going to be a personal blogger and devote my extra time to that pursuit. Maybe I'll be the next Dooce? It could happen. In any case, I think it would be a riot to hand out cards with a "Personal Blogger" title on it.
