		<description>I know of a company that does that as well. They are small only two people and the page never changes, they are never looking for anyone. I have resisted doing that because I get enough enquiries already.</description>

		<description>I knew a guy in grad school who always put a jobs/hiring page on company websites no matter how small the company was. He felt it made the company appear more established which I suspect it does.</description>
